Dog for Adoption

I'm looking for a home for this poor dog I have been fostering with the help of friends. The people who are currently fostering her can't do so anymore due to busy schedules. I can't take her because I'm living with my in-laws who dislike animals. Please help her, as it looks like she's currently being tied up all day as everyone's too busy to bother much with her.
