We provide island-wide home delivery service for your pet supplies ordered via phone or email.

Due to the extremely low pricing of the products, a delivery charge of S$15.00 is applicable for any order regardless the amount.

ERP charges and/or Sentosa entry fee for delivery within CBD area or Sentosa island is applicable.

For delivery outside Singapore, please contact us for a quote of air freight with local Singpost.

Information on Delivery

Step 1 - Browse our online catalogue and choose the item(s) you like to purchase.

Step 2 - Call us at 6100 PETZ (6100 7389) or email  us at petzevolution@singnet.com.sg to place an order.

Step 3 - Upon receipt of your order, we will check on the stock availability at our store. If we do not have the stock available, we will place order with the local distributors immediately. (Average waiting time is approximately 3 working days.)

Step 4 - Once the stock is made available, we will contact you via phone or email on the delivery arrangement. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after the confirmation of order.

Step 5 - Our term is CASH ON DELIVERY. Exact cash is appreciated or you can issue a cross cheque made payable to Kok Weng Seng or CASH. (No post dated cheque is allowed. An administrative charge of S$10.00 is payable for dishonored cheque.) Bank Transfer to POSB Savings 175-07003-6 is available with transfer made within 3 days of receipt of delivery.

Late payment interest of monthly 5% accumulative and administrative charges apply.

Step 6 - For any unsuccessful delivery, a fee of S$10.00 is applicable for redelivery.
