1.             The products and information contained on the website are provided by Petz Evolution for general information only and do not constitute any form of advice. Petz Evolution assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any particular statement and accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on the information, any errors or omissions contained on this website. Petz Evolution strongly encouraged you to seek an expert opinion before using any of the products or information provided on this site.

2.             Limitation of liabilities – Petz Evolution and its staff will not be liable to for any damage and misuse of the product(s) sold and service(s) rendered. Usage and application of the products are to be in accordance to the terms and conditions stated by the manufacturer(s). You are advised to read the instructions and directions prior to use of the product(s). Maximum liability of the company and its staff will not exceed the price of the product(s) sold and service(s) rendered.

3.             Testimonials and views displayed may not be that of Petz Evolution. Petz Evolution allows its customers to review the products on this site, and therefore, cannot take responsibility for the comments shown.

4.             Any order made will be invoiced which will be sent to you via email and/or upon delivery. You will only be charged for the products(s) and/or service(s) that you have ordered and/or used in accordance with our terms and conditions. You will be liable for legal costs on a full indemnity basis incurred should we claim against you for non-payment of any outstanding invoice(s).

5.             All orders made will be CASH or CASH cheque upon delivery, or via Bank Transfer within 3 days (POSB Current 889-18287-3).  Petz Evolution reserves the rights to impose an interest rate of 5% per month for any outstanding invoice(s) till full payment is being made or claim against you being filed. An administrative charge of S$1.00 will be charged for every reminder sent.

6.            Prices stated are subjected to changes without prior notice. Petz Evolution will try its best to keep the prices as updated as possible. Cancellation charges apply at 50% of the items order. In the event of no stock availability, there will be no cancellation charge.

7.             At no time shall Petz Evolution be held liable for any damages whatsoever originating from, or in any way associated with, the use of products available from this website. The placement of an order from this website is an acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy.

8.            Evo Points has been discontinued. It is replaced with a loyalty reward card. Every S$50.00 spent, a stamp will be awarded for all premium range. For non-premium range of products, a stamp will be awarded for every S$100.00 spent. No stamp will be awarded for special discount and/or promotional items. It is customer's duty to ensure that the reward card is stamped during delivery. No replacement will be entertained for loss, backdated stamp and/or any other form.

9.            Petz Evolution reserves the rights to employ third party to fulfil or carry out the orders and services required by the customers. No loyalty reward stamp will be issued at this instant.

10.          All goods sold are non-returnable or refundable unless otherwise stated. Customers are advised to check on the products during delivery.

11.           Petz Evolution will not be liable for any damage or loss, degradation in quality of the food for any requirement for repacking. 

12.           Petz Evolution reserves the rights to protect their staff from any verbal or physical abuse of any kind/form and to reject serving the customer(s).

13.            Assembly or labour charges are applicable when required our service during delivery. Assembly of items are charged at S$20.00 for items priced below S$100.00, S$40.00 for items between S$101.00 to S$300.00 and S$50.00 for items above S$301.00.
