1.    How do I place an order?

A.   All you need is to choose the item(s) and then send an email to sales@petzevolution.com or call +65 6100 PETZ (+65 6100 7389) alternatively to fax to +65 6794 0467 to make an order.

 

2.    How do I know that you have received my order?

A.    Our friendly staff will contact you either via phone or email to confirm the order before placing it with various local distributors. We will keep you inform of the tentative delivery date subjected to the delivery schedule of the local distributors to us.

 

3.    What happen if I am to cancel the order?

A.    A cancellation fee of 50% of the ordered item(s) is applicable after we had placed an order with the local distributors. There will be no cancellation charges prior to confirmation of order.

 

4.    Can I choose the delivery time and date?

A.    As much as we would like to accommodate your request, it is still subjected to our delivery route and schedule. We will try our utmost to accommodate your request.

 

5.    What are the modes of payment?

A.    All orders made will be Cash on Delivery, the modes of payment are CASH, CASH Cheque or Banking Transfer to POSB Current 889-18287-3. Interest rate of 5% monthly will be charged to any outstanding invoices. Administrative charges of letters or reminders sent is applicable until legal proceeding takes place.

 

6.    Why is there a RRP and Our Price in the product column?

A.    RRP stands for Recommended Retail Price by various local distributors. Our Price is the discounted price which we offer you.

 

7.    There is an minimum order of number of bags or packets, why is it so?

A.    Petz Evolution is committed to give the lowest price as much as possible. However we encountered difficulties in consolidating different orders to meet the minimum delivery amount from the distributors. Therefore we will need to pick up items ourselves which will incur some cost. Please kindly understand as we are constantly reviewing the popular brands to stock up to continue to provide affordable pet food to the customers' pet(s).

 

8.    There is a price difference for repacking and no repacking. What does that means?

A.    For 6kg bags and above, some customers request to repack the dry food into small bags as they do not have the large capacity containers to keep the food. This process is called Repacking. If you request for No Repacking, the dry food you ordered will be delivered to you as what we received from the distributor. You get to enjoy rebates between S$1.00 to S$2.00 for no repacking.

 

9.    What is Loyalty Reward Card and how does it works?

A.    A Loyalty Reward Card will be issued to you for your first purchase above S$50.00. This card will be stamped during each purchase you make with us. Our staff will stamp your card during delivery. You are advised to ensure the card is being presented at the time of delivery for stamping, otherwise there will be no stamp for your purchase. The expiry date of the card is 2 years with effect from the first purchase. Every purchase of S$50.00 on premium brands will entitle you to one stamp and S$100.00 on non-premium brands and promotional items.  

 

10.   If I request for Pet Taxi Service, and the time overlap peak hour. How do you charge?

A.    For this case, we either charge 1 way for peak hour, 1 way off peak hour or 2 way peak hour whichever is lower. This will apply for late night and public holiday.

 

11.   I still have some unanswered questions.
