EVO POINTS

With effect from 1st January 2008, Petz Evolution has launched our own Loyalty Reward Card programme for our customers.

Every purchase of S$50.00 for most brands and S$100.00 for non-premium brands and promotional items, a stamp will be awarded onto the reward card. Upon accumulating the required number of stamps, customers can then redeemed discounts and/or grooming services.

Terms and conditions apply for the usage of the Loyalty Reward Card.

- Card is valid for 2 years from the date of the first stamp.

- Stamps are not transferable.

- Combined usage of the Loyalty Reward Card is allowed.

- Loyalty Reward Card cannot be used with other form of reward card(s).

- Free Grooming is valid for small breed dog, top up is required for other sizes.

- Transportation charges is not inclusive.

- The total invoice price after the redeeming discount, should not fall below S$60.00, otherwise delivery charges is applicable.

- It is customer's responsibility to ensure the card is presented and stamped during delivery, otherwise no backdated stamps will be allowed.

- Petz Evolution reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
